DERMA CIT PEN
The high speed (8500 rpm) of its vertical needle movement
was developed by Derma Aesthetics to reduce pain often
associated with needling. The high speed distracts pain
receptors, unlike slower, earlier generation CIT systems.
It uses nine ver y fine, stainless steel needles in a
disposable cartridge. The hand-piece has a dial to adjust the
needle depth to between 0.2 mm-2.5 mm (depth beyond 1 mm
can only be used by doctors), customising the treatment to a
client’s specific condition.
Derma CIT pen is easy to operate, especially around delicate
Retractable needles minimise risk of accidental injury to the
client’s eyes or therapist’s hands.
Another benefit is the lower cost of consumables, which allows
for a higher ROI.
Derma Aesthetics conducts comprehensive education classes.
Dermastamp uses patented automated micro -needling technology
to induce the replication of skin stem cells and stimulate collagen
production. A one-of-a -kind driver reservoir for administering
approved skincare ingredients during micro -needling further
This new non-ablative tool effectively treats stretch marks and
isolated scars with minimal down time. Compact, and low in noise
and vibration, it features six fine-precision, medical-grade, stainless
steel micro -needles. Repeated treatments improve epidermis
thickness and transparency, reducing wrinkles and fine lines.
CIT CHI PEN
The rechargeable pen has dual usage: for CIT and Chi Nano Micro
Infusion. The CIT needle has an adjustable 12 pins-penetration
depth of between 0 -2 .0mm.
The Chi Nano Infusion disc is a tiny tip full of micro needles
that are barely visible to the naked eye that. When applied to the
skin, the disc painlessly pushes a customised serum applied prior to
treatment in at a depth of 80 microns, thinner than a human hair
and the thickness of the epidermis.
CIT Chi pen is equipped with a rechargeable battery that
can last for five hours, portable and convenient. The disposable
single-use discs come in an individual sterile pack for complete
confidence of OHS standards.
MEDIK8 SKINRÖLLA PROFESSIONAL
Price: $205 for a pack of three
The new medical grade Skinrölla is a hand-held dev ice comprised
of an ergonomic non-slip grip handle and a slim barrel holding
precisely distributed rows of titanium alloy micro-needles.
Currently available in 0.5mm and 1.0mm, Skinrölla is designed
for use by skin experts only.
As well as skin rejuvenation, it can help reduce the appearance
of atrophic and hypertrophic scars, improve scars caused by
blemishes, chicken pox and more, and relax old scars, such as from
surgery. Skinrölla is also beneficial in lightening pigmentation
marks, improving the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite.
It is presented in identically-sized packs of three, individually
wrapped and sterilised for hygienic use. A home-use version with
replaceable heads is also available.
Eclipse MicroPen is a revolutionary wireless/cordless dermal
micro-needling device featuring new Turbo Safety Needle (TSN)
technology and disposable needles.
It has the same 12 sterile 32-gauge precision sharp surgical
grade needles of the prev ious MicroPen model but the protective
sleeve on the TSN is the exclusive feature that blocks and prevents
any fluids from seeping through the needle cartridge housing, thus
A newly designed and improved vented port minimises vacuum
pressure that could be a factor in the formation of broken capillaries.
MicroPen’s rapid needle motion prov ides a more comfortable
experience that patients describe as a mild sandpaper-like
sensation. Variable needle depth allows for customisation of
treatments to suit individual conditions.
A topical gel is applied to clean skin; in most cases a hydrating,
soothing hyaluronic acid (HA) peptide gel that helps the MicroPen
glide across the skin as it creates superficial micro-injuries to
stimulate repair and regeneration.
